The Board of Directors’ (BoD) meetings are held in private to encourage open, frank discussion about all matters and encourage appropriate challenge and debate. Very occasionally information considered at these meetings is ‘sensitive’ in nature. For example, necessary reference made to individuals or data that may prejudice commercial interest. In accordance with the specific exemptions within the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the Trust is aware that it would not be appropriate for such information to be disclosed, and therefore ensures it is redacted before publication.
