Every year the centre cares for approximately 13,000 new outpatients with a further 26,000 follow up appointments. We aim to provide the highest achievable standards of care.
The Dermatology Centre is involved in the development of dermatology services across Greater Manchester and our Consultant body and Nurse Specialists provide general dermatology services as well as specialist outpatient and inpatient services.
The centre is recognised as having one of the top dermatology clinical and basic research programmes in Europe and has strong academic links to Manchester University and the Christie Hospital.
