District Nurses provide a domiciliary service for housebound adults over the age of 18 years with a physical health care need.
The service promotes healthier lifestyles, physical, psychological and social well being, and supports and encourages people with disability and long-term conditions to live independent lives.
Treatment is also provided in clinic settings for patients that are able to attend.
