The HR Department comprises of General HR, Recruitment, Medical Staffing and Workforce Planning.

The HR Departments overall role is to facilitate the Trusts objectives to provide first class patient care.
HR will contribute to this by providing specialist input to develop staff and structures to ensure the Trust is equipped to achieve its objectives.
