The Greater Manchester Neuroscience Centre, Salford, UK:
The Greater Manchester Neuroscience Centre (GMNC) is located at Salford Royal in Eccles, Salford and provides a Neuroscience service to the population of Greater Manchester (a general population of approximately 3.2 million people).

Currently, the medical team consist of 11 Consultant Neuro-surgeons (three of whom have a specialist interest in Neuro-vascular surgery), 17 Consultant Neurologists, five Consultants in Rehabilitation Medicine and three Consultant Neuro-radiologists who support a network of junior doctors.

The Wessex Neurological Centre (WNC) is located at Southampton General Hospital and provides a regional service to Hampshire and Isle of Wight, Dorset, West Sussex, South Wiltshire and the Channel Islands, a population in excess of 3 million. (Previously known as Wessex)
