Please note:
If you have a new patient appointment booked through the electronic booking system called Choose and Book and need to cancel this or rebook the appointment, you need to contact the national telephone appointment line on 0845 60 88 88 8 between 7am and 10am every day.
If you are cancelling your appointment and have not indicated that you need a further appointment, we will discharge you back to your GP unless contact is made with the hospital within 2 weeks of your notice of cancellation.
