The aim of the film is to reduce avoidable complications such as blood clots, pressure ulcers or falls. It is based on the concept of safety advice given on planes before take-off. 23 October 2014
  • Fiona Morris Friends and Family Test roll out to community servicesPatients using Salford Royal's community services will be asked to give feedback on the quality of care they received following the roll out of the NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT). The FFT was launched nationally in April 2013 for inpatients and A&E patients but from January 1 2015, it will also be rolled out to healthcare services in the community. 13 October 2014
